That Night

The Overtime Theater continues their tradition of the non-traditional by bringing a story of young romance and heartbreak with a balance of acting and interpretive dance. The new play is directed by Ariel Rosen, and by Catie Carlisle who wrote the play and is debuting her 2nd full-length script to be produced at the Overtime Theater.

Jeremy and Katiya find a friendship in their common feelings about their love of art, their admiration of each other, their dreams, and their depressions. Through tragedy they find that some people are only brought into our lives for a short time, no matter how influential. It is a poignant reminder of the importance of living life to the fullest and embracing opportunities while you still have the time.

Performances run Oct. 27 – Nov. 18, 2023, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, with one Sunday matinee on Nov. 12 at 3 pm, and Pay-What-You-Will night now on Thursday, Nov. 2 at 8 PM. The Overtime Theater is located at 5409 Bandera Road, Suite 205 on the city’s northwest side. General admission tickets are $18, or $12 for SATCO members, military and students with a valid ID.
